Based on a survey conducted by Taiwan Tourism in 2012, the top attractions for inbound tourists are sights and sceneries, food and shopping. As such, the Taiwan Travel Fair will also highlight three major experiences under the theme of “Time to Enjoy Life”:

Time to Eat

When it comes to food, Taiwan has it all. Dine like royalty without paying a king’s ransom for it. From juicy seasonal fruits, sumptuous traditional Chinese dishes, healthy vegetarian dishes, icy desserts to creative tea drinks, Taiwanese cuisine makes full use of local ingredients and age-old techniques to surprise and satisfy your palate. Don’t forget the world-famous night markets, filled with the enticing aromas of delicious street food and snacks!

Time to Shop

Taiwan is a shopaholic’s dream come true, with many large shopping centres and chain department stores in all four corners of the island. Shop for anything you want, from high-quality made-in-Taiwan 3C products, to famous highland tea and handmade weavings. For the fashion lover, all kinds of affordable clothing, leather goods and branded products are at your fingertips. In Taiwan, you are sure to find just about everything you want.

Time to go on Two Wheels

These days, the LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability) trend is gaining popularity as people begin to be more health and eco-conscious. Taiwan is well-known for its LOHAS practices, and there is no better way to experience it than to travel along the breath-taking coastal highways by bicycle! Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and appreciate the simple yet wonderful things in life with your loved ones.

Miacare Acne Patch

So, this is the beginning of my blog. My first ever review!

The product I will be reviewing today is the Miacare Acne Patch for Day, which i purchased in Guardian in NU Sentral last week for only RM7.48! Reasonable ain't it?

I recently got to know about Miacare about last week, when I went shopping and so I stumbled upon the cute little box, and I thought to myself, why not give it a try, and so I did :) There are three types of miacare products brought in by the company which are:

1. Miacare Acne Patch for Day
2. Miacare Acne Patch for Night
3. Miacare Acne Patch for Day & Night (Mixture of both)

Basically this is how the Miacare Acne Patch for Day looks like:

It also came with a small leaflet for instructions and also all about the product.

Leaflet explains about How Miacare Works
The inside of the leaflet shows how to apply the patch
Actually I do have acne problems, which is getting better, but still I wanted to try this because it also give sort of protection from bacteria, and make the process of healing faster. So without a due, I began to try the product. This patch is incredibly thin, that once you put it on, it wont be visible at all! I applied in on a healing acne on my cheek for 2 days and it basically disappeared!

The back view of the paper
The patches comes in easy tear-able strips. So very easy if you want to carry around, instead of bringing the whole box. So what you do is you clean your face properly and dry it, then take one patch. It has like a divider in the middle at the back of the patch paper. Open up only half, and immediately stick it to the area and then open the other half of the back paper. The only thing I felt difficult here was removing the first paper. Other than that no problem :) So leave it on like for 5-6 seconds and it disappears! No kidding, near to invisible! Check out my before and after application:
Left : Before Application Right: After Application. (Its so thin that you cant even detect it!)
I even forgot I put the patch there on the 4th day. Haha. When I touched my face only then I was like "OH, THE PATCH!", i totally forgot to remove. That time was a bit hard to take out already, because stick so long.

TIP: If you are having any difficulty taking out the patch. Just use warm water and rub at the area and then slowly take it out. To avoid painful taking out if you forgot like me ;p Actually you can take out with normal water also I guess, but then I like warm water :)
To sum it up, I would give this product a thumbs up for that emergency fast relieve of pimples. Especially when you ready need it! It will do its work at night where it absorbs all the excess sebum(oil) production at the inflamed area. If there is pus, it will remove it after like 8-12 hours of application. (that too depend on the extent of the inflamed area). Other than that, I would recommend it because it is cheap and affordable like students like me. :)

For more details you can visit their online page on Facebook: Miacare

Anyways, I was lucky, because now Miacare is doing a contest! It seems like Miacare understands that I want a new Iphone 6! ;p I am entering this contest and if you think if my photo deserves a "LOVE/VOTE", please double tap it on my instagram account! I would appreciate it alot!

Me being vain, taking so many selfies! haha. (Girls! ;p)

And finally I decided on which photo to choose! and so,  picture on Instagram!

I wanted to show you how my face cleared up after almost 5 days of usage of Miacare! :) Amazing isn't it!
Dont forget to double tap my photo on Insta! Thank you! <3

A little something to get started :)

First and foremost, HELLO and welcome to my new blog! It has always been like a dream to pursue and start up my own blog. Honestly, I am new to this, and might not be so "Canggih lah" but I will always try my best to do whats best and provide the proper information to share :)

Let me begin with myself,

I am Jennifer Kaur from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I am of a proud heritage of half-punjabi (Sikh) and half-pinoy (Filipino), and also that explains my mixture of my name. Uttermost blessed to get to experience the vibrant and colourful side of my Punjabi family through my dad and the friendly and beautiful people of the Philippines through my mother's side. And so, this is how i look like ;) Ofcourse with makeup and blown hair! and also good angle plus lighting that made the picture look nice! LOL :)

Me, Myself and I (Taken last year 2014)

Continuing abit more about myself, I am a fourth year medical student in Management & Science University (MSU), Shah Alam Campus. Basically, next year (2016) I will graduate and start my journey as a Doctor! Cant believe it that time passed by so fast. Now, I am practically in my clinical years. I meet and learn about many new interesting things everyday. I have this passion to help and provide proper education to people who needs it. Hopefully, one day I would be as successful as I think I can be!

Speaking of that, adding on, I am a very positive mind thinker! or atleast, I try to be one :) I love to spread positiveness to people and make them think about things differently. I hope that I could spread some positiveness throughout my blog too, and help anyone who reads it! Hope I could make this journey as wonderful as possible for me and you (the readers).

I am very interested in beauty, fashion, fitness, pageants and travels! and Oh, basically everything nice! ;) I love those pageants and tiaras too! I hope one day I will be able to become a beauty queen. (Heyy, not wrong to dream!) I think I got this passion about pageantry through my mum's side. When I was younger and used to travel to my hometown in Philippines, I used to attend many fiestas that portrayed alot of Kings, Queens and Princesses for that particular fiesta. I used to love every bit of their gowns, tiara's makeup and being able to parade the town in it. I was even amazed when my aunty got to become the Princess of the Fiesta, and we were parading in a jeep with flowers and she was on top of it waving and throwing flowers to everyone. I was basically the mini flower girl helper. But mind you, I was a very shy person since young and lack of confidence made me miserable. I think over the years I have been able to overcome it, and still learning though. So yea, basically that's all from me!

My blog is meant to be simple and I plan to make it very approachable. So drop me does comments on what you think of them so I can improve okay <3

Love. love. love!

by the way, please do let me know what you think about my logo for my blog!
